Tear out, replace with untreated pine, prime and paint

Clean out all Gutters and put screens on top 
DONE ALSO - SWEPT OFF ENTIRE ROOF 
(1606 north) Remove all attached Trumpet vines from house.

Scrape, feather sand, prime and repaint ALL east facing trim & door + Garage door

Weed eat, cut down "rain tree"(by the car) and clean up around the North side (alley)
All the way down the rock wall to Ben's red house at 1608 "B"

Rain tree needs to go.
CHOPPED THAT MOFO DOWN LIKE GW'S CHERRY TREE
Clean up this area by 1606 garage for parking etc.
LOOK AT THE  2' WIDE WALK THROUGH SPACE BETWEEN THE ROCK WALL AND THE GARAGE (ARMADILLO GETAWAY)
DIG IT- Clean as a whistle!

1608 (West side) Remove dead and severed hackberry and crepe myrtle limbs.

Remove old tub sealant, clean and re-seal with DAP tub sealant 


SPIC AND SPAN & SEALED
Re-attach, possibly add trim and seal the top of tub surround
TIGHT AS A TICK - SEALED AND RE-TRIMMED


Bathroom (cold) fawcet is leaking
REPLACING SINK & FAWCET 
WITH SUPER DELUXE 
GERMAN GROHE MODEL
Clean and seal cracked or split caulk
OUTTA HERE.
Spot sand, prime and paint
LOOKIE HERE

Soak shower head in Vinegar to clean

Vinyl floor is peeling back at edges.
Re-secure by extending trim out over the vinyl to hold it down

Look for "reverse 1/4round" moulding to extend from this 1/4 round.

Cut rock chimney away from the tree


Roofers started back half of 1608's roof today.

Clean out gutters and replace screen properly

1. Check, tighten, and caulk down with NP1
all hex screws on the metal roof.

2. Remove gutter from upper roof on the SOUTH side only

Attach gutter to NORTH side of Ben's studio roof.
Downspout location - to be determined ASAP.


1.Cut and replace this leaky PVC water line.
2. Re-attach deck boards

Run telephone line to shop.

1.Repair rotten door jamb board (mouse hole?).
2. Scrape, sand, prime and paint jamb and door.


Scrape, sand, prime and paint jamb and door.

Weld this


Shop ramp - Replace rotten 2X12 with treated

Straighten this area up and get all lumber off the ground so it won't rot.


Upstairs on balcony (hot water heater door)
Scrape, sand, prime and paint door.
